Cancellation & Refund Policy

THAT SIKH INVESTOR believes in helping its customers as far as possible and maintains a liberal cancellation policy.

General processing

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 15 days prior to the date of the order.
For any refunds approved by THAT SIKH INVESTOR, it will take 3–4 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Non-refundable programs: there are no refunds available for the Swing Trading Program (group or 1:1, the latter of which can be paused), The Mindset Program (which can be paused), and Mindset Metamorphosis.
Conditional webinar refunds: no refunds will be provided after the Zoom link has been shared for the live Trading Webinars (1.0 & 2.0), Communication Webinar, and Discipline and Mindset Transformation.
Level Up Weekend: upon applying, our team will conduct a brief eligibility assessment; if we are unable to offer you a place, your payment will be refunded in full. Otherwise, refunds are not possible for this event. If you are unable to join at the last minute, you must notify the team at least 15 days beforehand to have your payment credited to a future Level Up Weekend.

In the case of receiving damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 2–3 days of receipt.
Defect or damage requests will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the issue at their own end.
For any complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.
